Welcome to the Brefi Group. With three decades studying corporate change and talent management internationally, we provide an integrated package of strategy consulting, executive coaching, facilitation and training of the highest quality.

We look forward to discussing how we can help you and your team become more confident, more effective, more quickly.

Brefi Group was launched in 1983. We are now 35 years old and operate internationally, serving new directors and boards, and reviewing corporate governance practices and behaviour.

We provide one to one executive coaching, individual workshops and residential integrated programmes. We have delivered management and director development workshops for organisations in the USA, UK, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Clients have included blue chip companies, smaller companies, public sector and third sector.

We have also worked for many smaller organisations and charities that you might not have heard of. We offer special rates for charities and social enterprises.

We normally work with small, intimate teams but have also organised events for large numbers. We vary our approach to suit the size of the group.

We specialise in developing and delivering bespoke programmes in-house. This means that delegates get experience that is directly relevant to their needs and to the context of their work. Learning together also means that there are team building and corporate benefits from a critical mass of managers or directors sharing the same experience and learning the same processes, models and language.

Our programmes are  interactive and combine behavioural psychology, executive coaching and management consultancy processes.

Director Development and Training

Boards of directors provide the leadership and accountability that determine the success of the organisation.

Group Facilitation

Facilitators design, organise and facilitate conferences, away days, corporate retreats and strategy/budget planning meetings to achieve your agreed outcome.

Brefi Group organises and facilitates effective group meetings, away days, training workshops and conferences internationally.

We ensure that each event is structured to achieve previously agreed outcomes. 

Executive Coaching

Coaching is the art of facilitating learning by raising awareness and clarifying goals. 

One to one executive coaching is the way for both organisations and individuals to significantly impact the bottom line.

Coaching at the top is cost effective and rapid  - acting at the point of maximum leverage, where it can generate change and cascade behaviours throughout the organisation. 


Our goal as consultants is to engage in successful actions that result in people or organsiations managing themselves differently.

As consultants we bring analytical skills; by shining a light into a situation and helping clarify issues, we enable our clients to resolve problems and discover new opportunities.

We aim to install processes and transfer skills so that you can achieve future results without more help. 

Corporate Training

Soft skills and management training suitable for application in different corporate and individual environments.

Our courses and development programmes guide individuals and organisations from unconscious incompetence to conscious competence, and eventually to unconscious competence.

With examples and exercises we provide a link between the known and the unknown, introducing new cognitive maps and reference experiences to give these maps practical meaning and long term learning. 

Coach Training

With our proprietary coach training programmes 'Invisible Coaching' and 'Coaching on a Credit Card', Brefi Group teaches the core processes of coaching in a practical and sustainable manner.
